A Continuum of Faith: First UU Women’s Luncheon – Sunday, March 23rd, 12:30PM

2014 February 26
by DoMC

Build community and break bread at a catered luncheon hosted by the Women’s Alliance and the Twenties and Thirties (TNTs)! Join us on for a collaborative project to bring together women of all ages to have in-depth conversation about what it means to be a Unitarian Universalist woman.

We will place women in diverse groups for a conversation guided by questions about our dreams, concerns, and joys, as well as our personal experiences of faith, livelihood, and gender. We’ll then reconvene to share our insights and consider how we can continue to support each other in our congregation and community. The luncheon will place in the Frances White Room.

If you would like to be a part of this adventure, please RSVP by March 16th by contacting Kathy Ivans (kathy57ivans@gmail.com). Due to space constraints, we will randomly choose twenty women who RSVP to participate in this first event. We hope to continue our dialogue with shared projects and similar events in the future. We look forward to sharing our discoveries and ideas with the congregation following the event through a display of photos and quotes.
