DUST FLIES AT FIRST U – Clean-Up Day – Saturday, March 8th, 10AM-3PM

Calling all congregants to roll up their sleeves for a church-wide cleanup day.  Cleaning days are a great way to get to build community as we dust floors, sweep  balconies, remove wax drippings, wash windows and polish the brass. Let’s join our hands together as we prepare the Sanctuary for our Palm Sunday and Easter services and for the visitors who come to see our Sanctuary during the Sacred Sites Open House Weekend in May.  Come for an hour, come for the day!  Grubby clothes and rubber gloves are recommended. Coffee and bagels will be available in the morning hours and pizza and salad in the afternoon. Don’t miss the fun when dust flies at First U.  Sponsored by the Facilities Committee, The Welcoming Sanctuary Task Force and Sacred Sites.  Note: we will be working beside the RE folks as they clean their spaces.
