Saturday, December 5th, 10AM – 4PM: UniFair: Reduce, Reuse & Recycle!
Brooklyn’s best and biggest Christmas Fair is coming back to First Unitarian! UniFair has been a highlight of First Unitarian’s holiday season for more than three decades and has raised over $300,000 towards our congregation’s programs and mission. Donations of clothing, household goods, jewelry, books and media (no VHS tapes please) are now being accepted. Donations can be brought to the church office Monday through Thursday or to the Undercroft on Sundays (enter through the 50 Monroe Place door). If dropping off during the week, please call ahead (718-624-5466) to make sure someone is available to receive you. Besides used items, UniFair shoppers can purchase delicious and lovingly made baked goods and both decorated and undecorated holiday wreaths. A delicious lunch made with sustainable ingredients will also be available for both shoppers and workers. As a special treat, carolers will entertain throughout the day.
